Boyu Vocational Skills Training School was founded in 2016 and is a designated training institution accredited for vocational skills training and ceramic-related vocational qualification certification. It provides vocational skills training and labor skill assessment for the unemployed, laid-off workers, retired military personnel, and employees currently employed by enterprises, issuing “Vocational Qualification Skill Level Certificates” to those who pass, and assisting with employment. At present, it offers comprehensive training across all first-line ceramic trades.
Ceramic Research and Study
The Tangshan Boyu Labor Practice Education Base was founded in 2020 and is affiliated with Tangshan Boyu Bone China Co., Ltd. In 2023, it was designated as the Tangshan City Labor Practice Education Base by the Municipal Education Bureau. The base offers three tour and visit programs and nine labor practice and research-based learning programs, capable of accommodating over a thousand students for both tours and hands‑on labor activities at one time.
